John Norton asked the following question on 05th Feb 2014:

"Q - My rear wiper has not worked since I bought car in August. It is not motor at it operates when I put car in reverse. I need a diagnostic chech as I have warning lights saying low tyre pressure. (all sensors have been replaced with normal valves) after removing battery I now have problems with central locking. A - In order for us to find the exact fault we would need to run a diagnostic check, as you know, we charge £48 for diagnostics and from that we would know why your having the issues and what needs to be done to rectify the issue."

Natalie asked the following question on 19th Feb 2013:

"Q) My boot wont open on my car using the switch we have removed the cover so can acess manual releases for each side but cant find what is preventing the swich from working. I also cant get my roof to work. Do you think this is connected to the boot problem and do u have any advise for the boot? A) The roof and tail gate are indeed connected, if the roof has failed then the tail gate will stay locked as a safety precaution, which sounds like exactly what has happened to your Pluriel. You can manually release the tailgate through the solonoids but sounds like you have already found those. We would really need to see the vehicle in order to diagnose excatly what the fault may be. We charge £48 too diagnose with the genuine Citroen diagnostic tool and we would then be able to tell you exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and quote you for repair. "
