"Another fantasic job done!!!!! Just bought my car and started having problems with it, contacted Shaun and again he was able to solve the problem, I would not hesitate tin recommending him to any Peugeot owner... Well done you, oh and thanks for fixing the tyre foc!! The person i got the car off was supprised at what good value you give.. Well done guys see you in a couple of months when my mot is due. :-)"

"My citroen was towed into the garage by the AA. Shaun had been contacted by the patrolman and met us at the garage out of hours. An extremely pleasant man with a fantastic knowledge. I was contacted the following day to advise of the problem with a price and completion date. The problem had been sorted along with an outstanding niggle that I had tried without success to have sorted previously. Will definately be using this garage again. It goes back to good old service with a smile. Thank you."

"Travelled down from Liverpool to FDS after having been to several local garages telling me that I needed a new hydraulic pump to fix the roof on my peugeot 307cc. Having read reviews I thought I had nothing to lose by going to FDS. Best decision ever. Turns out it wasn't the pump and Sean fixed the fault at a fraction of the cost. Friendly blokes and really know their stuff. Thanks again you have a customer for life and would recommend to all. "

"Ive just got to leave some info on what a fantastic professional company this is. My wife got a 2004 c2 sensordrive and while driving the esp/abs light came on we called the rac and was given a code c1381 which was that the abs pump was locked. The following day i contacted citroen who said it would cost around £1000 so i started looking on the net and came across these guys via a forum I contacted sean at fds who said it would cost a mere 1/3 of the cost of what citroen had quoted i booked it in for today. I travelled over there which was 60 miles away and spoke to sean who dropped me off in town and said it would take 4 hours and true to his word it did and now works fine . I cant praise sean and the rest of the guys for all there help and expert knowledge what sean doesnt know about french cars aint worth knowing anyway ill be going back whenever we need a repair trust me check these lads out you wont be dissapointed THANKS AGAIN SEAN TOP GUY "

"What superb service! My Saab had a full service and MOT yesterday, Sean collected my car from home and brought it back again yesterday evening but the biggest surprise of all was that it went into the garage looking very dirty and came home all clean and shiny. This is the first time my car has been cleaned as part of a service, VERY impressed. I can wholeheartedly recommend French Diagnostic Services A* for a professional service and A** for Customer Service!"

"I took in a Renault Megane with a drivers window not working which had the motor replaced in the past. Now which were causing electrical errors. It is great to speak to someone who explains and it isn't too much trouble. Re-soldering pins onto block as the connectors had corroded! I was worrying as garages like to fleece women but Shaun was brillant! I have recommendad to my friends!!! :-)"

"we brought our citroen pluriel with its broken roof from chesterfield derbyshire because our local garages could not fix it, the main dealers wanted to put on a new roof at the cost of £4000+, FDS fixed our roof for a fraction of the cost, at all times they kept us informed and were extremely efficient and courteous, i would certainly use them again and would recommend them to everyone thanks so much jeff and gareth"

"Unable to open the boot on my Citroen Pluriel. The garage said it would cost nearly £200.00 to sort. So glad I decided to ask FDS. Spoke to Sean who was really helpful and instructed me over the phone on what to do ... and it worked!! Thank you so much. Highly recommend FDS to anyone with Citroen problems!! "

"Was recommended to try Fds by a friend when my girlfriend had a blower problem on her c3 , found Sean and lads very helpful and soon had the problem fixed very quickly and for a fraction of what we were expecting ,have since had him fix the nitemare to fit headlight bulbs he again sorted it very quick and very reasonably . Can thoroughly recommend them "

"Recomended by their neighbour Dave Newell Dave Newell - Leisure Vehicle Services ( http://www.davenewell.co.uk/ ) as someone who could install a Helicoil in a glowplug thread on my VW 2.5l T4 Transporter I called Sean at FDS. No bul***t, he'd never done one of these but couldn't see why it should be difficult, can you bring it up or shall I collect it he queried. The vehicle was delivered by me and left for Sean to examine. A Helicoil that he hadn't got in stock was required and duly ordered, the job completed vehicle ready for collection. Yes it took a week but some of which was waiting for a tool and some more whilst special adaptors were made to reach the depth of the thread in the cylinder head. The job seems sucessful and the price was very reasonable. Another satisfied customer. "

"Superb is an understatement!!!!! Sean did all the work colledcting and delivering my car, fixed my exhaust cover for free (it had become loose and drove him nuts whilst driving my car!!) Every aspect was simple and straightforward led by a very passionate Sean. I will not be going anywhere else, this is the first time I've enjoyed the experiene of having my car fixed!! "Thanks to FDS for what has to be the best garage experience I have had lately. I happened upon their sign at the side of the road at Tweedale and dropped in for some advice about an acceleration problem on my 206 diesel. Being pleased with the advice I received I decided to leave my car for a diagnosis. End result - within a short space of time my 206 is fully repaired at a very reasonable cost. Any future problems with my 206? I know exactly where to take it to... FDS. Thanks for your great service! Jim"

"My Xantia was starting to feel like a bouncy castle and after a call and visit to Sean @ FDS it's now back to being a very smooth and comfy ride. "Posted 12th August 2011 About a month ago my car sailed through an MOT, even though it had a knackered lower ball joint (which is worrying) and in the last week my Peugeot 607 chose to develop a misfire. In the past whenever I've taken my car to a garage, the feeling which develops, I guess, must be similar to that of which a Turkey might feel just before Christmas, "I wonder how much this is gonna hurt" and in the main it always has done. "Well sir this cost that, and that cost this, so if you could sign over your house to us, we'll call it quits" But let me tell you, today had a very refreshing experience. By luck I managed to find on the internet French Diagnostics Service (FDS) in Telford. From the start, there was no crap; just a very straight forward routine discussed which inevitably resulted in the car being fixed at what I genuinely think to have been at a very reasonable price. Like us all, you have probably felt to have been fleeced by someone in the past. Could have been the bloke who fitted your new Digital Aerial, fixed your Washing Machine or in fact your car. Well hand on heart I do not have that feeling having now dealt with FDS, as the saying goes "they do what it say's on the tin". If your motor is in need of expert help speak to these guys first, they do know what they are talking about and when you get the bill, well I'm sure, you will not feel like the preverbal sheep (fleeced) It really is a breath of fresh air to find firms like this do exist."

"I took my Audi around to FDS at short notice as I had taken it to a main dealer for a aircon re-gas and service. Unfortunately the main dealer (Not Audi by the way) seemingly did not bother with the service bit and it was still leaking in to the car. I had heard about Sean so thought I would give him a try... To say I was impressed with Sean's knowledge, enthusiastic attitude, and customer service would be the understatement of the millenium. He really knows what he is talking about and explains the problem very clearly. He is extremely friendly and obliging.... I would highly recommend French diagnostic services to anyone. The Price was extremely reasonable. Absolutely fantastic!!!"
